Self-love for women with ADHD

ADHDiva Founder Hero Image.png

Helping women recognize ADHD, understand how it actually shows up, work with their brains, and confidently own who they are without shame.

We're revamping ADHD for women.

What Is an ADHDiva?

The word diva comes from the Italian word for “goddess,” rooted in the Latin divus, meaning “divine.”

ADHDiva reclaims the word from the idea that a woman is difficult, demanding, or too much, and reconnects it to the power, worth, and wholeness already within her.

ADHDiva

A woman with ADHD, whether she knows it yet or not.

She may be diagnosed, undiagnosed, newly diagnosed, or diagnosed later in life.

She may understand her brain completely, still be putting the pieces together, or have no idea that ADHD explains so much of her experience.

The ADHDiva is already there.

Bringing Her Out

ADHDiva does not create the ADHDiva.

It helps bring her out.

Through recognition, understanding, practical tools, community, education, and self-love, women can begin replacing shame and misunderstanding with support and acceptance.

The goal is not to become someone new. It is to understand, support, embrace, and confidently own the woman you have always been, strengths, struggles, and all.

Meet JaLissa

I’m JaLissa Reynolds, LCPC, a therapist, practice owner, speaker, creator, and a woman who was diagnosed with ADHD at 37.

For years, I had explanations for pieces of myself, but not the full picture. My diagnosis helped me understand that I was never lazy, too much, or simply bad at doing life the “right” way. My brain worked differently, and learning how it worked changed how I saw myself.

I created ADHDiva to help other women experience that same recognition, understanding, and freedom.

This is a space to learn about ADHD honestly, work with your brain, embrace both the strengths and the struggles, and own who you are without shame.
