Welcome!
Working with Adults:
Are you someone who gives your all to the relationships in your life? Have you been struggling with self-esteem, emotional exhaustion, or self-doubt? Or do you feel that you put others’ needs before yourself? Maybe you have begun to notice that you say yes when you truly mean no, constantly overthink your decisions, or minimize your feelings. This may be a result of lasting trauma or a history of feeling silenced or unheard. You might be questioning your confidence, your choices, or your place in relationships, and wondering how to finally put yourself first without guilt. Therapy with me is a space to slow down and gently examine these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we work on building self-esteem from the inside out, learning to trust yourself, strengthen your confidence in your decisions, and develop a sense of self-worth that is not dependent on approval from others

Who I Am:
My work is grounded in a relational, person-centered approach. I view the therapeutic relationship itself as an important part of healing and strive to model a healthy, respectful, and collaborative relationship—one where your voice matters and your autonomy is prioritized. Therapy is a shared effort; we work together to understand what’s not working, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change in a way that feels authentic to you.
