Maybe You’re Trying to Figure Out What Comes Next...

Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what you really want.

You may spend a lot of time overthinking conversations, decisions, relationships, or whether you are doing enough. You might find yourself constantly questioning yourself or comparing where you are in life to where you think you “should” be.

Maybe you are going through a transition and realizing that the person you used to be, the relationships you used to have, or the life you once envisioned no longer feels like it fits. You want change, but you aren't always sure where to begin

.
You may be tired of putting everyone else’s needs before your own, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for keeping everyone happy. You might understand what you should do but still find yourself struggling to actually do it.

And sometimes, you may look like you have everything together on the outside while privately feeling anxious, exhausted, confused, or disconnected from yourself.

Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin understanding why you respond to situations the way you do. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.

How I can help

Anxiety, Overthinking & Feeling Overwhelmed

You may have a hard time turning your thoughts off. You replay conversations, worry about what could go wrong, second-guess decisions, or feel like your mind is constantly running. Therapy can help you understand the patterns behind your anxiety, develop healthier ways of coping, and feel more confident managing uncertainty.

Self-Esteem, Confidence & Self-Discovery

You may struggle with self-doubt or have difficulty recognizing your own strengths. Maybe you are constantly comparing yourself to others or questioning whether you're “good enough.” Therapy can help you develop a stronger understanding of who you are, recognize your strengths, and build confidence that comes from within.

Life Transitions & Feeling Stuck

Graduation, starting a career, changing relationships, moving, loss, or simply entering a new stage of life can leave you wondering, “What now?” Therapy can provide a space to process these changes, explore what you actually want, and figure out what comes next.

Relationships, Boundaries & Communication

You may find yourself struggling to communicate your needs, say no, or establish boundaries without feeling guilty. Perhaps you repeatedly find yourself in relationships where you give more than you receive. Therapy can help you recognize relationship patterns, communicate more effectively, and build healthier connections.

Grief, Loss & Life Changes

Grief doesn't always look like sadness. It can look like anger, confusion, numbness, loneliness, or simply feeling different from who you were before. Therapy can provide a safe space to process your loss without feeling pressured to “move on” before you're ready.

Therapy with me looks like

I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest without worrying about being judged.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I don't believe you should feel like you're simply talking at someone for an hour. I want therapy to feel like a conversation where we work together to understand what you're experiencing and identify meaningful ways to move forward.

I will listen, ask questions, help you recognize patterns, and encourage you to look at situations from different perspectives. When appropriate, I may introduce practical strategies, activities, or things to practice between sessions so that the work doesn't stop when you leave the therapy room.

I also believe that being supportive doesn't mean always telling you what you want to hear. There may be moments when I gently challenge you, help you recognize something you may not have noticed, or encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone.
Most importantly, I want you to feel heard and understood while also feeling empowered to make changes in your life.

Ultimately, I want my clients to feel more confident in who they are and more capable of navigating whatever life brings them.
I want them to better understand their emotions, recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck, communicate their needs, establish healthier boundaries, and develop relationships that feel safe and fulfilling.

I hope clients leave therapy feeling less controlled by anxiety and self-doubt and more comfortable trusting themselves. My goal is not to tell clients who they should become, but to help them discover who they are, what they value, and what kind of life feels meaningful to them.
