Welcome!
Working with Adults & Elders
You may be in a season where you’re trying to reconnect with yourself after years of putting others first, whether through raising families, building a career, or navigating life’s unexpected challenges. Maybe you’re battling anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or that persistent inner critic.

Or maybe you’re later in life, facing transitions like retirement, declining health, loneliness, or grief. It can feel overwhelming to adjust when your identity, purpose, or physical abilities start to shift.

In therapy, I meet you where you are and help you build healthy perspectives of yourself. Together, we’ll strengthen your relationships, cultivate emotional resilience, and help you experience peace and wholeness in this stage of life.

Who I Am
As a clinician, I believe in creating a space where you can express your thoughts and emotions freely without judgment. This is your safe space to process life’s stressors, reclaim your sense of self, and begin the journey toward healing. You deserve support, encouragement, and someone to walk with you, step by step.

My goal is to help you feel grounded, connected, and reassured while modifying the patterns in your life that no longer serve you. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you become the version of yourself you already know is possible.

Outside of counseling, I’m a woman of faith who enjoys being a mother, grandmother, and dog mom. I love spending time with my family and best friend, being silly, and making people smile. But most of all, I’m passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves while on their journey to healing and becoming whole.
