You’re the one everyone turns to. The dependable daughter. The strong friend. The hard working mother. The person who holds it all together. But under the surface, you’re stretched thin, exhausted from caring for others, while quietly losing touch with yourself.

Maybe you’re juggling caregiving responsibilities for aging parents, navigating a parent’s untreated mental health issues, or trying to survive a toxic dynamic with a narcissistic partner or family member. You’ve learned to minimize your needs, second-guess your emotions, and keep the peace, even when it’s at your own expense. You feel anxious, overwhelmed, and feel stuck. And no matter how much you give, it never seems like enough.

If you’re constantly sacrificing yourself for others, struggling with shame about where you are in life, or wondering why relationships feel so hard, you're not alone. These patterns take a toll on your self-esteem, your mental clarity, and your ability to connect authentically with yourself and others.

I help women who are tired of feeling responsible for everyone else’s happiness. Together, we’ll create space for you to be heard, understood, and supported without judgment. We’ll explore how trauma, boundary issues, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion have shaped you and your relationships, and work toward building something new: a life where your needs matter just as much as everyone else's.
About Me
I’m a therapist who leads with empathy and meets you exactly where you are. I don’t expect perfection, and I don’t offer quick fixes. What I do offer is a real relationship built on trust, honesty, and care, where you can show up fully as yourself even if that means helping you discover who you are.

I believe therapy should feel like a collaboration. You’re the expert in your life, and my role is to walk alongside you as we make sense of your experiences and build toward lasting change. My approach blends structure and creativity, drawing from person-centered, relational, and solution-focused frameworks. I focus on helping women reconnect to themselves, reclaim their voices, and develop the clarity and confidence to set boundaries that protect their peace.
