Working with Adults:
Many of the adults I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or
disconnected from themselves, from others, or from the life they thought they’d be living by now. Whether you're navigating burnout from work demands, healing from unresolved trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, or facing a major life transition, these challenges can cloud your sense of identity, strain your relationships, and leave you feeling mentally and emotionally drained. I understand how heavy it can be to carry these burdens in silence. In our work together, I create a space where you can exhale, be fully seen, and begin the process of rebuilding clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. You're not alone and you don’t have to navigate this chapter without support.


Working with Couples:
Couples often come to therapy feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or caught in the same painful patterns of arguments that never get resolved, intimacy that’s faded, or a sense that they’ve grown apart. Whether the struggle is around communication, trust, parenting, infidelity, or navigating major life changes together, the emotional distance can feel both confusing and heartbreaking. I help couples slow down the cycle of conflict and truly hear one another again. Using evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method, we work to rebuild trust, strengthen emotional intimacy, and develop tools for healthy, respectful communication. My goal is to create a supportive space where both partners feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow both individually and together. Whether you're hoping to repair your relationship or deepen an already strong bond, I meet you right where you are.


Who I Am:
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m someone who deeply values connection, growth, and authenticity. I’m known for my compassionate, down-to-earth style, whether I'm with clients, loved ones, or in my community, and I strive to create spaces where people feel genuinely heard, empowered, and supported. My clinical experience has shaped the way I move through the world with intentionality, empathy, and a belief in every person’s capacity for change. I incorporate practices like mindfulness, relaxation, goal-setting, and cognitive restructuring not only in my work, but also in my own life. I’m passionate about welcoming people from all walks of life and am committed to providing culturally sensitive, inclusive care that honors each individual’s identity and lived experience.

Is setting clear boundaries by protecting my
time and energy, which has been essential for maintaining balance and emotional
clarity.

A WEEKEND ISN'T COMPLETE WITHOUT

Laughter, movement (working out or a walk outside), and intentional time to recharge, whether that’s through self-care or connection with people who bring me joy.
