Welcome!

Teens & Young Adults:
Life as a teen or young adult can feel like a lot: pressure, uncertainty, relationships, big emotions, and the constant question of “what am I doing?” You don’t have to have it all figured out to start feeling better.

I work with teens and young adults to build real-life skills that help you navigate anxiety, identity, relationships, and major life transitions. Our sessions are relaxed, supportive, and focused on what actually helps; coping strategies, emotional regulation, confidence-building, and problem-solving for everyday challenges.

This is a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and move through life with more clarity, confidence, and control.

Support for Individuals with Autism
The world isn’t always designed with neurodivergent minds in mind, and that can make everyday life feel overwhelming. You might feel misunderstood, overstimulated, or exhausted from trying to keep up or “fit in.” You don’t have to do that here.

I support individuals with autism across all life stages in a way that honors who you are, not who you’re expected to be. Together, we work through challenges like sensory overload, social differences, emotional regulation, school or work stress, and burnout. My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to you, with tools that actually make daily life feel more manageable, more empowering, and more like you.

Who I Am:

I’m a therapist who believes connection is the most powerful tool for growth. My background is deeply rooted in supporting children and adolescents in school settings, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges of learning, social dynamics, and advocacy. I’ve worked extensively with children and teens with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder
and Down Syndrome, and I bring that experience into every session. I’m not here to give you a clinical lecture or a quick fix; I’m here to walk alongside you. I bring a mix of structure and creativity to our sessions, ensuring therapy feels approachable and human. Outside of the office, I’m a parent myself, which keeps me grounded in the beautiful, messy reality of raising a child
and fuels my passion for supporting the next generation. If you’re ready to start, I’d be honored to help you and your family find your way forward.
