Working with Adults
I work with adults who are ready to heal from trauma, overcome the silent battles of depression and anxiety, strengthen personal and professional boundaries and improve communication in ways that support a healthier, more stable life. I believe that while understanding the pathology of trauma, meaning the who, when, what and why’s is important, therapy should also focus on practical solutions that help individuals feel unstuck , move forward to the life that they desire or restoration to a happier place in life.

My goal is to help clients build healthy coping skills for managing stress and anxiety, overcoming past trauma, building confidence to set healthy boundaries, while improving emotional intelligence, and navigating the challenges that can affect daily functioning and overall quality of life. Using evidence-based approaches , I support clients in developing greater self-awareness, improving resilience to navigate, creating meaningful and lasting change for a balanced and fulfilling life.

Working with Teens
I enjoy working with teens and young adults who may be struggling with the pressures of growing up, difficulty communicating, stress and anxiety, strained relationships and unresolved trauma. These challenges can feel overwhelming , especially when they begin to affect everyday life, emotional wellness , connections to others and their confidence . I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop healthy coping skills and build the tools needed to manage stress, improve communication and strengthen relationships. I understand that being a teen or young adult comes with unique pressures that sometimes lead to feeling lonely or misunderstood. My ultimate goal is to help young people feel more confident, emotionally stable and empowered as they work toward healing and personal growth.

Working with Couples
I work with couples who are seeking to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and navigate challenges in a healthier, more connected way. Many couples experience difficulties related to conflict, trust, unresolved hurt, life transitions , stress and emotional disconnection that can impact the quality of their relationship. My approach is supportive, balanced and solution-focused.
I help couples identify patterns that may be creating distance or misunderstanding, while building healthier ways to communicate , resolve conflict and reconnect emotionally. I believe that with the intentional effort of both, honest communication and the right tools . Couples can develop stronger bonds and more fulfilling relationships that are balanced, respectful. I provide a safe nonjudgmental space where both partners feel heard , respected, and supported. Together , we work towards increasing understanding, rebuilding trust, creating healthier dynamics that support long-term relationship growth .
Who I Am:
I am a solution -focused therapist who is passionate about empowering individuals to recognize their strengths, overcome challenges and create meaningful change in their lives. As a passionate and goal oriented person who believes that change is possible for every client as I draw from my own life experiences of overcoming difficulties, which has strengthened my belief in the human capacity for growth, healing and transformation. I believe every client is capable of achieving the change they desire when given the right support, tools and therapeutic environment.
For me, the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective counseling. Creating a space built on trust, empathy, and collaboration is essential when working with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, or feeling unfulfilled in their current life situation. As a therapist, my approach is centered on working together to identify your goals and use effective clinical interventions and practical coping skills to help you move forward. My goal is to support you in improving daily functioning, gaining mental clarity, building confidence and creating the change you desire in your life.
